Job Summary

YOU MUST BE A CURRENT UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY STUDENT TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION THIS IS AN ON CAMPUS POSITION *
Will conduct screening interviews with student applicants for positions on and off campus. Using criteria established by hiring organization, make decisions on student placement into a position. Post positions in the Integrated Employment System. Follow up with employers to learn if a student was hired and/or if they would like to extend the search. Additional work includes tracking and reporting data and managing office email inbox. Must provide excellent customer service to students, employers and campus departments. Will be using MS Office and the UK Integrated Employment System.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

REQUIRED: Strong time management and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable with MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

PREFERRED: Prefer candidates with experience or interest in HR/Staffing.
