Sitting for extended periods of time in front of computer terminals.
This is a 2nd shift position (3pm-11pm). Individual will work for 5 consecutive days and will then receive 5 consecutive days off. Holidays and other shifts as deemed necessary to ensure operations of the call center.
|Job Summary|| |
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing services for a 24/7 call center that monitors daily work order flow. The dispatcher will enter maintenance, custodial and other types of requests in SAP as well as reporting tools to other departments. The dispatcher is responsible for key security and management while on staff.

SAP experience preferred, Microsoft Office, multi-line phone systems, scanners, fax and copiers.
