Shift

40 hours a week. Mon – Fri 8:30am-5:00pm. Potential evening and weekend hours.

Job Summary

• Manage social media, website and Mail Chimp
• Build and manage Access databases, run related reports
• Data entry
• Facilitate intake for people in crisis
• General office coverage including answering phones, scheduling, oversight of “main space”
• Assist with implementation of Haven program
• Ongoing contact with campus partners to implement Haven program
• Assist with ‘student holds’
• Promote Haven to campus partners
• Oversight of the Take Back the Night event
• Plan and execute meetings of those working on the event
• Promote TBTN on campus and in the community
• Seek donations to support event
• Outreach to campus and community groups for partnership

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• Strong organization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or ability to be trained in this program
• Will need to participate in appropriate training to secure SAP access
• Strong organization skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with community and campus resources
• Experience working with students and/or student
organizations
