General Functions: 

This is a grant funded part-time position that will be funded for approximately three (3) years.  This position will be located on the Moore County campus, but may require travel to other sites.  This position will be under the direction of the Director of Nursing & Allied Health and will facilitate the set-up and delivery of RxTN staff training, meetings and onsite activities.  This position will also assist completion coaches with recruiting and delivery of the student support component, coordinate scheduling of grant related meetings, provide office management and purchasing support, and assist grant management staff with budget management and related duties, including performance reporting.

Educational/Experience/Skills Requirement:

An AAS (Associate’s) degree or two years post-secondary education is required.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred.  Two to three years of office management or project management experience.  Excellent communication, management, customer service and problem solving skills.  Proficient in the use of personal computers including Microsoft Office software.
