Job Description:
The Quality Manager (QM) has four major functions in the laboratory: (1) Builds, fosters and maintains an exciting culture of Quality at the laboratory; (2) Ensures that the work performed for clients is consistent with Core Principles; (3) Ensures that a Management System is implemented and followed at all times (4) Ensures the laboratory's continued Compliance with Accreditation Requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and four years of related professional experience OR Master’s degree and two years of related professional experience.Relevant experience: Quality Control or Quality Assurance; clinical laboratory setting; laboratory quality management systems; ISO 17025 Training preferred- A valid Nevada driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist or General Supervisor preferred (not required) 2) In the absence of the above certification, require experience being responsible for a Quality Management System in a laboratory setting and performance of quality data reviews.
