|Job Summary|| |
Requires check in, check out, scheduling patient appointments, answer phones, triage patients to ensure they are connected with the proper staff, cash collections, schedule ancillary services, obtain pre-certs, correct registration of patients into the system, verify insurance and demographic data, reconcile end of day process, provide excellent customer service, monitor wait times expectations, resolve patient complaints in an empathetic and timely fashion, provide teamwork and leadership to prevent and resolve service failure.
