Part Time Enrollment Coach (Spanish Speaking)

Montgomery County Community College invites applications for a Part Time Enrollment Coach (Spanish Speaking). The Enrollment Coach is responsible for building relationships with prospective students and applicants through phone, email and in person contact to assist them with navigating the College’s enrollment processes. In addition, the Enrollment Coach will communicate the College’s program and course offerings as well as financial aid procedures for the purposes of recruitment and enrollment. Enrollment Coaches must have an understanding of academic advisement, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, database tracking, and report generation. The Enrollment Coach is expected to conduct college tours, campus presentations and off campus events.

*This position requires the PA Child Abuse, PA State Police and FBI Fingerprinting clearances. 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking required.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) and database software use.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals.
  • Customer service and sales or marketing experience.
  • Previous experience working in student services in a higher education environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work an evening and weekend schedule.
