ONE-STOP CENTER-STUDENT SERVICES DIRECTOR

Harper College is currently seeking applicants for the One-Stop Center-Student Services Director position. The One-Stop Center-Student Services Director will be fully responsible for the development of all of the implementation tasks associated with the deployment of the One-Stop Center inclusive of a call-center, self-service and face-to-face service provider. Extensive knowledge of project management and business workflow analysis is required. The Director will work closely with the Assistant Provost and Dean of Enrollment Services, the Provost and other key decision makers throughout the College community to ensure proper administration of new programs and to provide for exemplary service to students, their families, and to staff and faculty of the College. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage all customer service functions of the One-Stop Center. Other primary responsibilities include continuous, successful execution including setting direction and goals of the One-Stop unit; implementing policies and procedures for One-Stop services; providing interpretation and enforcement and compliance of various academic policies and federal/state regulations; ensuring timely, accurate, and personalized updates and information to students through various communication tactics; and leading continuous improvement efforts related to One-Stop functions.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Education, Project Management, Communications or related area.
At least three years' experience in higher education in student advising, student affairs, financial aid or enrollment   services preferred
