Office Assistant will support the Departmental Staff and Administrative Assistant, and Director of Clinical Resources, in activities related to student support services, student health and professional requirements and clinical agency contract data management, faculty course evaluation scheduling packets, classroom and conference room bookings, and other duties as assigned. This is a part-time (up to 18 hrs/wk), non-benefited, non-unit position.

Minimum Qualifications (Required): High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Three years in administrative support capacity, at least one of which is in college/university setting
-Previous experience working with Microsoft Word, Windows, PeopleSoft student module, and Excel
-The ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Other Considerations: College degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required; English proficiency essential
- Highly organized individual to work effectively with and assist Department Chair and PhD, MS, and BS Directors, faculty, staff and students.
