Job Description:
In support of the Manager, IT Programs and Projects, the project manager will provide project leadership and oversight for the upcoming Enterprise Content Management (ECM) replacement project.

In conjunction with key project stakeholders, the IT Project Manager will help facilitate contractual agreements, develop a project schedule, oversee vendor work, and manage the day to day execution of project work against the approved project plan. Provide timely and appropriate project communications to stakeholders. Manage scope, budget, and schedule to ensure project delivers required features, on-time, and under-budget. Provide leadership and expertise concerning ECM best practices.

This position is as a Letter of Appointment. As such, it is 80% FTE and will work for up to 11 months.

Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree with 2 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous oversight of major involvement in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) implementation project.Previous higher education experienceCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
