Creative Services and Game Production Manager

PURPOSE: Maintain Pepperdine University Athletics brand integrity and consistency by creating and managing all collateral (print and digital) and producing and coordinating all in-game components including PA scripts, video board content, music playlists, in-game promotions, and other spirit elements while upholding the family-friendly standards of Pepperdine University.

DUTIES: Produce and manage all marketing collateral for department including (but not limited to) schedule cards and posters, print and digital flyers and ads, apparel design, e-mail newsletters, traditional web and social media sites, collateral for special events, sales decks, and facility branding projects while maintaining Pepperdine Athletics style and branding guide; produce consistent in-game elements for all games in the following sports: women's soccer, men's water polo, men's and women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball, and men's baseball; production to include writing and updating PA scripts and run-of-show documents, creating and managing video board content (where applicable), developing sponsor-related in-game promotions, and coordinating spirit elements on game days like music/sound effects, Pepp Band, Spirit Leaders (i.e. Rally Crew), Pom Squad, and Willie the Wave (mascot).

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required; experience using graphic design programs (Adobe Creative Suite) or similar required; demonstrated interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills required; ability to work effectively with external constituents, particularly donors and corporate sponsors required; ability to work effectively for internal constituents, particularly senior staff, coaching staff, and other appropriate University staff required; ability to work independently and as a member of a team required; demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion required; self-starter and results-oriented work style required; appreciation of and commitment to further the mission, values, and goals of Pepperdine University required; experience in collegiate or professional athletics preferred; experience using Click Effects, Daktronics Show Control System, or similar preferred.

Due to the athletics schedule, this position requires night and weekend hours as needed.
