Job Summary
Coordinate and manage campaign development within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and oversee external marketing communications of Enrollment Management division.

Creating, executing, managing CRM campaigns for various prospect, inquiry, applicant, decision, and event populations
Working with supervisor and IT staff in becoming expert on CRM, campaign functionality, language, and business processes
Working with supervisor and IT staff to develop new or modify existing CRM components such as URIs, expressions, personalization fields and templates
Working collaboratively with the Enrollment Management leadership team to determine campaign goals, needs, timing, messaging, and assessment mechanisms
Operationalizing CRM campaign concepts and guidelines in conjunction with creative input from Communications and Marketing
Overseeing and resolving CRM campaign errors and alerts as needed
Managing branding across all Enrollment Management communications channels and maintaining consistency in conjunction with creative input from Communications and Marketing
Developing and maintaining a resource guide for quick reference of all campaigns and marketing materials for use by Enrollment Management Leadership and others as requested
Assisting supervisor and Enrollment Management staff in CRM training on such tasks as delivering personalized, effective content as part of a managed communication process
Actively collaborating with Communications and Marketing in the quality development of recruitment materials, brochures, and web presence that are aligned with Angelo State University brand platform and messaging
Meeting all Enrollment Management and Communications and Marketing stated deadlines, policies and procedures in order to maximize staffing efficiencies
Learning to proficiently use the university's web content management system and actively managing content on the MyFuture website and portal/self‐service web application, and collaborate with Communications and Marketing or IT on refreshing the site as necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in utilization of Banner, and Customer Relationship Management software
Knowledge of branding and marketing principles
Knowledge of web content management systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in an effective and efficient manner
Ability to work under pressure and meet priority deadlines
Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals
Excellent, professional, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent technical skills including the ability to query data and understanding flowcharts and process flows

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 40 pounds

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Marketing, Communications or related field plus one year experience in Admissions, Recruiting, Enrollment Management, Information Technology; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Banner's BRM Customer Relationship software or a similar CRM tool. SQL programming experience.
