The Office of Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the University of Minnesota, Duluth has a full-time, Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment and Institutional Effectiveness position available beginning in 2013.  Job duties and responsibilities include providing leadership for and supervising the Registrar and Directors of Financial Aid, Admissions, Students in Transition, Institutional Research, and Strategic Enrollment Management; working with Student Life to deliver effective, efficient academic student services; participating in the Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs leadership team.


Essential qualifications include a demonstrated ability to use technology and interpret data related to enrollment and institutional effectiveness and to present this to decision making groups, minimum five years of progressive administrative experience at or above the level of department head or campus / university director, Doctoral degree from an accredited institution, demonstrated ability to interpret and apply administrative policies and procedures, demonstrated commitment to equal opportunity and diversity/multicultural issues, and previous supervisory experience managing a team of professional staff.
