Associate Director of Digital Technology - Yale School of Drama/Yale Repertory Theatre (YSD/YRT) seeks a strong self-starter to serve as subject matter expert in, and primary support for, digital technology (including computers, networks, operating systems, printers, IT security, projectors, servers; and cellular and desk phones). This position evaluates and tests user applications, operating systems, and other digital technology, and participates in budget development and oversight. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required, including the ability to work effectively with, and explain technical content to, a large number of staff, faculty, students, interns and other professionals. Strong project management, problem-solving, and organization skills a must. Must have knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Active Directory, creating scripts using group policies, VBA and PowerShell scripting. Preferred: Experience working in the theater or other performing arts, or experience working with Ethernet connectivity. Full-time w/Yale University benefits package.
