Assistant/Associate Professor - Physical Therapy

This is a tenure track position at rank commensurate with experience (Assistant or Associate Professor). Responsibilities associated with this position include scholarship in the area of human movement analysis, motor control or learning and/or musculoskeletal biomechanics; and teaching in the candidate's area of expertise. We are specifically seeking candidates that can complement and expand department and college strengths in the area of human assessment.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
-Earned PhD (or equivalent) in physical therapy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor control, kinesiology or related area (must have PhD or equivalent at the time of application).
*Assistant Professor rank candidates must have a research program with a strong likelihood of funding;
*Associate Professor rank candidates must have a strong record of teaching, research and service in a tenure track position with a record of extramurally supported research.
-The ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
